Terms of Use

• These Terms & Conditions apply to hostel agreements between the Guest and the Hostel, covering accommodations, motorbike rentals, services, and facilities.
• "Guest" refers to anyone with a reservation. Guests agree to comply with these Terms.
• "Hostel" means Bong Hostel and Motorbike Rental.
• "Booking" or "Reservation" involves reserving accommodation, renting motorbikes, booking tours, or purchasing bus tickets.
• The Guest's own terms apply only if previously acknowledged by the Hostel in writing.
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM onward. Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
• A deposit of 100,000 VND is required for locker keys.

• Guests may book in person or via our website https://bongbackpackerhostel.com.
• Bookings are valid only upon confirmation by the Hostel.
• Guests are obligated to provide identification information to check in. A valid passport is required for check-in.
• Payment is accepted upon arrival in cash, by credit card (3% surcharge applies), or by bank transfer.
• Online motorbike reservations require a $20 advance payment; the remaining balance is due on arrival.
• Online group tour reservations require a $50 advance payment; the remaining balance is due on arrival.
• Invalid credit card information or delayed deposits may result in the booking being declined.

• The Hostel will attempt to accommodate multiple-bed bookings in a single room but cannot guarantee this, subject to availability.
• Guests are not entitled to a specific room or bed number unless confirmed in writing.

• Room rates are quoted before any booking request is confirmed.
• Deposits require remaining payment at check-in.
• Payment is accepted in cash, via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or by bank transfer.
• Using another person's credit card requires a copy of that person's passport and a signed permission letter with card details.
• The Hostel will notify guests of any additional charges (tours, rentals, bus tickets, towels, etc.) before they are incurred.

• For bookings of motorbike rentals, group tours, or bus tickets, deposits are non-refundable.
• Changes to date or guest information made 72 hours or more before arrival are free of charge. Please contact the Hostel directly.
• No-shows will be charged one night's room fee, and the booking will be cancelled without further notice.
• Guests must notify the Hostel immediately of any changes by email or phone.
• The Hostel reserves the right to cancel or terminate stays if guests harm staff, other guests, or destroy property.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM onward. Check-out: until 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in requests cannot be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
• 24-hour reception is available. Please inform the Hostel of any late arrivals.
• Check-in requires valid identification (passport) and full payment as per the booking.

• Only registered Hostel guests may access rooms and facilities. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
• Quiet hours at the Hostel are from 11:00 PM onwards.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused by themselves or their companions.
• Guests must conduct themselves reasonably and responsibly. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund if they are:
  • Rude or noisy and disturbing others
  • Drunk or violent
  • Disrespectful toward others' culture or religion
  • Stealing valuables
  • Using dangerous substances or risking lives
  • Using drugs
  • Ignoring Hostel policies and regulations
• The Hostel is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the Guest themselves.

• Personal data (name, passport number, credit card information, phone, email) is used only for reservation management and is not shared with third parties.
• Copies of ID documents collected at check-in are retained solely for service fulfillment and are not shared.
• CCTV and surveillance in common areas and corridors are used for security purposes and are not shared.
• Personal information is disclosed to Vietnamese authorities only when legally required.
• Nothing in these Terms limits the Hostel's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• The Hostel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Your rights under consumer protection legislation remain unaffected by these conditions.
