Bong Hostels & Tours ("we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data collected through our Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp messaging integrations.

2. What Data May Be Stored

  • Name and profile information shared via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp
  • Message history with our customer support inbox
  • Booking enquiries and contact details submitted via chat
  • Platform-scoped user identifiers used to route conversations

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using either method below:

Please include in your request:

  • The platform you used to contact us (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp)
  • Your display name or username on that platform
  • A brief description of the data you want removed

4. Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion of all applicable personal data within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping obligations (e.g. completed bookings retained for tax compliance).
