ITINERARY
DAY 1: SAPA - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI - TA VAN (Lunch and dinner)
8am: Breakfast time
8:30: Start trekking
We start with a 12 km trek to visit the H'mong villages of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai. After lunch at a local family restaurant in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop by the river, we keep on hiking to Ta Van, village of the Dzay where we will stay overnight with a local family. Here you have the opportunity to experience their customs, work, and daily life.

DAY 2: TA VAN - GIANG TA CHAI - SU PAN
Breakfast will be served at the homestay at about 8am.
Start trekking at 8:30am to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. After, we will go up to Su Pan and stay overnight with Hmong Family
.

DAY 3: HAU THAO – SU PAN – BAN LECH (Tiger Mountain) – THANH KIM – SAPA
After a nice breakfast in the homestay, we will begin the trek. We will start the walk from the homestay to the Su Pan, a small village close to the mountains of Black Hmong people, from here you can shoot photos with the panorama view of rice fields, the locals here are living in small traditional houses, and the life is natural and rustic.
After visiting Su Pan, we will continue on a small jungle route to Ban Lech Hmong village, where you will see the incredible view of Muong Hoa valley which is 1,500 metres above the level sea – this view might your own.
We call this hill Tiger Mountains because a long time ago tigers used to live in this place, it’s a true story – our guide will explain to you more about it.
We will then head downhill to the Lech Dao where you will see the different ethnic minorities of Red Dao people, this tribe is known for their expertise in herbal medicine as well as usage of plants from the land to treat many illnesses.
We will then walk to the main road where a car/bus will bring you to a small market for lunch. After lunch, the bus will bring you back to Sapa town.
End of the tour about 2:30 pm or 3 pm.
